I’m Michelle Court, a Freelance Learning Experience Designer, Instructional Designer, e-Learning Developer/Designer and the director of Emerge Learning Solutions Ltd.
My main task is to convert crucial information required for effective job performance into easily understandable training materials, focusing on the trainee. This enables your company to preserve and disseminate its knowledge, skills and expertise, ultimately enhancing organisational efficiency.
My responsibility is to collaborate with you in designing a learning solution that effectively satisfies both the requirements of your learners and your business.

A Little Bit About Me, Michelle Court
I have around thirty years of experience in Instructional Design and e-Learning Development/Design, and I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else, and I feel very fortunate to have found a career I truly enjoy.
I have primarily focused on eLearning for most of my work. However, I also incorporate other learning methods into my solutions based on the learner’s and business’s specific requirements.
eLearning mixes my creative/arty side and my mathematical/geek side. It’s a harmonious partnership!

With my extensive experience, I am knowledgeable in various methodologies such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) and the iterative SAM (Successive Approximation Model) approach to learning solutions. My learning material is tailored to suit each business, ranging from formal corporate and professional training to interactive games that are both informative and enjoyable.
My priority is to ensure that learning takes place, regardless of the style of instructional information used. As such, all my learning solutions are based on sound and comprehensive instructional design principles.
